HCMC – The Ministry of Transport has assigned Mission Administration Unit 7 to organize a proposal for an funding coverage and a pre-feasibility research report on the growth of the HCMC-Trung Luong expressway.
Mission Administration Unit 7 will use the paperwork of the challenge’s Part 1, handed over from the Division for Roads of Vietnam, the My Thuan Mission Administration Board and related authorities for making the proposal.
The HCMC-Trung Luong expressway has a complete size of 61.9 kilometers, with the principle route being round 40 kilometers and the entry roads accounting for the rest.
The challenge was opened to site visitors in February 2010, with 4 vehicular lanes and two emergency lanes.
The expressway is now managed by the Highway Administration Zone IV below the Division for Roads of Vietnam of the Ministry of Transport.
Statistics confirmed that since toll assortment was suspended in 2019, the variety of automobiles utilizing the expressway has surged. The expressway handles over 51,000 automobiles per day, resulting in the street floor deteriorating.
