Hanoi (VNA) –
Deputy Prime Minister and
Minister of Pure Assets and Surroundings Tran Hong Ha introduced the
Authorities’s proposal on the draft Land Legislation (revised) on the twenty third session of the Nationwide Meeting (NA) Standing Committee in Hanoi on Might 11.

The draft legislation clearly defines rules and strategies in land
analysis, and provides rules on land analysis session, the
official emphasised. 

It continues to stipulate that land tariffs should be issued
yearly to make sure that land costs match market guidelines, whereas including rules
