WEYMOUTH, MASS. (WHDH) – A former Weymouth police officer pleaded responsible Tuesday to assaulting a person in custody.

Justin Chappell, 43, was charged with one rely of deprivation of rights beneath shade of legislation in reference to a tough 2022 arrest throughout which investigators mentioned he assaulted a person in custody by punching him a number of instances with out authorized justification.
